The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be in force on the 25/05/2018 and will likely impact New Zealand organisations that have customers and services in the EU. If you are unsure if your organisation will be impacted by the GDPR, this questionnaire will help you understand if, and why, you may be required to comply with the GDPR.
